We had the honor to get back on the mics with our friend and retired Navy Seal Team Leader, Monty Heath. 

We talked leadership, mental toughness and what it takes to make it in the game of life. Monty had just completed the RAAM (Race Across America) and the things he learned on the road were fantastic!
